Apostle Steven Stultz is called by the LORD to help bring unity to Christ’s body by reforming the Church to be a City within our City, a fully-functioning Zion of the LORD, that defends, transforms, and develops communities. Apostle Steve brings people together to participate in God’s Nu Plan for the City of Chicago and for “Beam Cities” throughout the nation, so each City fulfills its God-ordained destiny. He ministers with an emphasis on the development of youth and young adult leaders, and on the activation of believers’ gifts to build and become a City on a Hill. He shares revelation regarding the spiritual warfare for cities and generations, and helps members of the Church exercise the authority necessary to establish the fellowship of Christ’s Kingdom in their area.

Apostle Keith is the founder, and has served as senior pastor of Divine Destinations Church in Kenosha, WI for the past 17 years. He along with his wife Theresa began Alpha House an outreach ministry of Divine Destinations Church in 2018. Alpha House serves kids from the ages of 6 –13 in Racine, WI and Waukegan, IL. Apostle Keith is also the founder of Christian Action Network an organization created to rally Christian leaders for the purpose of strategic prayer, fellowship and community impact. He currently works as a chaplain for the State of Wisconsin serving in their Racine Youthful Offenders Correctional Facility. He and his wife Theresa have been involved in ministry for twenty-five years, teaching the bible to all generations within the church. He is a small business owner and an advocated for community transformation as he uses his influence to create a Kingdom of God impact within the marketplace. He has also traveled internationally to minister in the country of Kenya and is currently having an impact there today. Apostle Keith is a believer and servant of The Lord Jesus Christ and he approaches ministry with a mindset of the Great Commission as he serves with a heart of love.

They are dedicated to Biblical discipleship, and prophetically flow to release the Kingdom of God on the earth.
